- Analysis of obstacles and issues of projects and offering effective solutions
- Cooperating with contract administration to study contractors’ claims
- Project coordinating trough organizing and correspondence flow and work procedures
- Cooperating in preparing roles and responsibilities of project team members
- Implementation and conducting document control center (DCC)
- Collaborating as a member of EFQM team
